The Story
Chris Walton and Antori Brown founded Strategic on June 2, 2010, running it across two homes — offices in South Boston, Virginia and Orlando, Florida — before consolidating in South Boston for family.
What they built their name on is simple and hard to fake: fair pricing, hands-on owner care, and doing the job right the first time. Two owners who never stopped being in the work.
Why We Partnered
Strategic checked every box. The southern-Virginia and northern-North-Carolina markets it serves are exactly where Trades Mosaic wanted to grow — and Chris is a genuine triple threat, licensed in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, a combination almost no contractor can claim.
Antori had his sights set on a return to Orlando, where he grew up — reopening the door to an active Florida market.
This was never a wind-down. It was the foundation of a three-state operation, built with owners who truly know their craft.
