The Story
Drew Everhart founded Fresh Air on April 8, 2011 — a Navy man turning the discipline and skill of his service years into something of his own: economic freedom, built one honest install at a time.
He earned his name on hands-on owner care and doing the job right the first time. That reliability made him a fixture for the property managers running apartment communities across the area — when buildings full of tenants need heating and cooling that just works, they call Drew.
Why We Partnered
Drew is the rare owner who still loves the craft — he just never loved running the business behind it. It's hard to answer a customer's call when you're up in someone's 130-degree attic doing the work. He didn't want out. He wanted a partner to carry the business side so he could get back to what he does best.
That's a partnership Trades Mosaic was made for. We brought the back-office systems and the strategy to expand the multifamily work Drew had already built his reputation on — and freed him up to do the part he loves. Since then, the business has more than doubled the multifamily work it serves.
