Efrain Vazquez founded First Aid on April 6, 2017, after making a deliberate choice: trading the fast pace of Miami, where he grew up, for a slower one — a better place to raise his family.
He brought serious credentials with him. As a Senior Technical Service Associate and Trainer for Bosch Thermotechnology, Efrain works at a level most HVAC contractors never reach — water heaters, hydronic and DX systems, and DDC controls among them. When other technicians get stuck, Efrain is the one who trains them.
What drew us to First Aid wasn't size — it was depth. Efrain's command of water-cooled chillers and heat pumps is rare in the trade, and it opens a door most HVAC shops can't: serving the larger apartment complexes that make up so much of the Florida market.
Trades Mosaic brought the business systems and the ServiceTitan backbone — and, above all, a plan to put Efrain's specialty to work on a bigger stage.
Efrain stayed, and he's doing more of exactly what sets him apart — leaning further into the technical niche that distinguishes him from every other contractor in the market.
The name, the number, the trucks, the crew, the service area — all unchanged. The only difference customers feel is more of Efrain's expertise, pointed where it matters most..
